    Preparation of chopped pistachios together with shrimp and onion.

    Pistachio and Shrimp Pesto ideal for delicious first courses in combination with soft cheese with speck, or simply for an aperitif on a slice of toasted bread with a drizzle of oil.

    Ingredients

    Shrimps (parapenaus longirostris) 46%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, pistachio 12%, onion, potato flakes, salt, wine vinegar, sugar.

    Usage

    After cooking the pasta, drain the cooking water and add the pesto to season it.
