    Dried tomato pâté - for its color and irresistible flavor - is a product that cannot be missing from your pantry. Taste it and close your eyes: you will feel all the sweetness of the tomato pulp ripened in the hot sun of Sicily and dried in the air!

    We grow the tomatoes ourselves, then pick, select, wash, cut, dry and grind them to create this superlative pâté. To top it all off, a few capers and lots of good extra virgin olive oil!

    To obtain 1 kg of sun-dried tomatoes for the paté, around 10 kg of fresh tomatoes are needed.

    Ingredients

    Dried tomatoes min. 70, sunflower oil, basil, oregano, chilli pepper, garlic, in variable proportions.

    Usage

    Try it on your bruschetta or use it to create delicious fish dishes or vegetable rolls!
