Alberto Poiatti's Fusilli Integrali 51 are the wholemeal version of classic fusilli: the same spiral shape, reminiscent of the spindle used for spinning wool, with the character of wholemeal durum WHEAT semolina.

There are two ingredients, wholemeal durum WHEAT semolina and water, and the pasta is suitable for a vegan diet. The wholemeal semolina gives a darker colour and a more rustic taste, while the spirals hold the sauce in every curve, for a dish that is full of flavour down to the last forkful.

500 g pack. Pair them with vegetable sauces such as courgettes, aubergines or peppers, with a pesto or simply with tomato and basil; they are also excellent cold, in a salad with cherry tomatoes and olives. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
