The recipe is the classic one for Italian dried pasta: just durum WHEAT semolina and water, with no other ingredients. That is why it is also suitable for a vegan diet and leaves all the room to the sauce you choose, whether fresh tomato sauce, a ragù, seasonal vegetables or a pesto.

The 1 kg pack is convenient for families and for anyone who cooks often. Cook it in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente and dress it straight away, perhaps with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of grated cheese. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
