Seductive bouquet that combines delicate notes of bitter almonds, berries (blackberry, strawberry, berries, black cherry) and stewed fruit and dried fruit, with aromas of spices, nuts and smoke reminiscent of cigar boxes, tar and tobacco.

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico convinces both on the nose and on the palate with its complexity and concentration.

In the very sustained finish, this Amarone reveals a whole series of aromas that blend with ripe tannins, a sweet note and a fruity component.

Format: 75 cl.	Ideal accompaniment: Mushroom appetizers, braised beef/braised meat, game, cheeses.
Aromas: Cherry, blackberry, strawberry, berries, cherry jam, raisins, vanilla, almond, coffee/mocha, tar, tobacco, cedar wood.	Grapes: Corvina, Corvino, Rondinella.
Vinification: 12 to 18 months in small oak barrels.	Alcohol: 15.5% vol.
Maturation: 3 - 6 years.	Temperature for tasting: from 17 to 19°C.
