Questi peperoncini vengono svuotati e farciti con 'nduja di Spilinga, un insaccato spalmabile dal gusto intenso e piccante, poi conservati sott’olio extravergine d'oliva per preservarne il sapore.

Peperoncini piccanti 47%, olio extravergine d’oliva, carne di maiale 10%, sale, aceto, erbe aromatiche

Usage

Perfetti come stuzzichino o antipasto.
Ottimi da gustare su pane casereccio o crostini.
Accompagnano bene formaggi stagionati e salumi.
Possono essere usati per arricchire sughi e condimenti.
