Le melanzane a filetti calabresi sono una tipica conserva della tradizione gastronomica della Calabria, caratterizzate da un gusto deciso e speziato.

Vengono preparate seguendo metodi artigianali, utilizzando melanzane fresche tagliate a filetti sottili, insaporite con aromi tipici e conservate in olio extravergine di oliva. 

Ingredients

Melanzane 63%, olio extra vergine di oliva, peperoni, carote, menta, origano, Aglio, sale, aceto di vino

Usage

Ottime come antipasto rustico o contorno.
Perfette su bruschette e crostini per un aperitivo gustoso.
Ideali da abbinare a salumi e formaggi tipici calabresi.
Perfette per arricchire insalate, panini e piatti freddi.
Possono essere utilizzate per condire pasta o risotti, aggiungendo un tocco mediterraneo.
