Extra virgin olive oil Nocellara dell'Etna DOP, Tonda iblea and Biancolilla in opaque black bottles with the shape of Moor's heads. The same bottle represents the woman on one side and the man on the other.

Sciare in Sicilian dialect are those lands invested in the past by a lava flow which then hardened. The accumulations of lava slag smoothed over time have characterized the soils of the area, enriching them with minerals and exclusive properties of the area at the foot of Etna.

Cultivars: nocellara etnea, tonda iblea and biancolilla .

Origin: Italy, Sicily, Bronte.

Characteristics: To the eye cloudy opalescent with intense green hues. Medium fruity nose with sensation of freshly mown grass. Spicy bitter taste with tomato aftertaste.

Harvesting: By hand with the aid of combs.

Harvest period: From October to November.

Extraction: Continuous two-phase within the same day of collection.
