Nocellara dell'Etna DOP extra virgin olive oil in white bottles in the shape of Moor's heads. The same bottle represents the woman on one side and the man on the other.

Cultivar: Nocellara dell'Etna.

Origin: Italy, Sicily, Bronte.

Characteristics: To the eye cloudy opalescent with intense green hues. Medium fruity nose with sensation of freshly mown grass. Spicy bitter taste with tomato aftertaste.

Harvesting: By hand with the aid of combs.

Harvest period: From October to November.

Extraction: Continuous two-phase within the same day of collection.
