A true delicacy capable of satisfying even the most demanding and refined palates, with a surprisingly soft and fluffy texture, tasty and irresistibly scented with apricot essence. A speciality with a unique flavour, a pleasant surprise for the eyes and palate.

Ingredients

Wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), natural candied apricot cubes 22% (apricot cubes 46%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (milk), water
sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast from wheat flour (gluten), skimmed milk powder, salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod in seeds. Coated with Sicilian dark chocolate 8.5%: cocoa paste 60%, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar.
