The Panettone Cacao and Citrus Fruit of Sicily is the absolute novelty of our Christmas 2023, and we leave the pleasure of discovering it to you.

Ingredients

Wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), water, candied Sicilian lemon peels 16% (natural candied Sicilian lemon peels 40%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon essential oil, acidity corrector citric acid), butter (milk), fresh egg yolk, sugar, natural wheat flour yeast (gluten), candied Sicilian orange peel 4% (candied Sicilian orange peel 35%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), low-fat cocoa powder 3%, Sicilian chocolate nuggets (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min. 50%), skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean. Dusted with 1% (sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, coffee powder, ground Tonka beans)
