A panettone with a sophisticated and authentically Sicilian taste. A soft dough, without butter, with carob flour and extra virgin olive oil, blended with cubes of Sicilian orange.

Let yourself be inebriated by the pungent citrus notes, before diving into the enveloping, crunchy goodness of the chocolate nuggets.

Ingredients

Wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), Sicilian candied orange peel 16,5% (orange peel 41,6%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavours), water, extra virgin olive oil 12%, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast wheat flour (gluten), Sicilian chocolate nuggets 3,5% (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min 50%), carob flour 2.5%, malted wheat flour (gluten), salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod in seeds. Dusted with sugar, ground carob powder and cocoa.
