Handmade panettone with candied peels of Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli (Slow Food Presidium). The soft dough envelops the peels combined with nuggets of dark chocolate.

wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), candied late Ciaculli mandarin cubes* 17% (Ciaculli mandarin cubes 65%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector citric acid, natural flavours), butter (milk), water, fresh egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast wheat flour (gluten), dark chocolate pieces 3% (100% Ecuador cocoa paste), apple puree (apple cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid), skimmed milk powder, salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean seeds. Sprinkled with dark chocolate pieces (100% Ecuador cocoa paste).
