Panettone covered with an excellent and irresistible dark chocolate glaze, unique for its soft texture, filled with pear cubes and dark chocolate chips, with an unmistakable and at the same time special taste.

Contains no preservatives.

Ingredients

Wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), candied pear cubes 19% (pear cubes 57,6%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavours, acidity corrector: citric acid), butter (milk), water, sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast wheat flour (gluten), Sicilian chocolate nuggets 3% (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min 50%), apple puree (diced apples, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), skimmed milk powder, salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod in seeds. Covered with Sicilian dark chocolate 9.5%: cocoa paste 60%, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar.
