This rosé expresses all the elegance and finesse of the "BOLLINGER style". This rosé counterpart to the Bollinger Special Cuvée is characterized by its discreet tones ranging from creamy white to dazzling pink including delicate orange notes.

The light highlights the multiple facets of this dress that betrays a great wine. The bouquet is presented as a harmonious composition of aromas of wild berries and ripe fruit accompanied by a touch of dried fruit. On the palate, this rosé is a true Bollinger: a firework of aromas unfolds on the palate supported by delicate bubbles.

It begins with an explosion of fresh and fruity notes on a strong structure, very gradually evolving into a lasting impression, dominated on the finish by the interplay of fruity acidity, a hint of tannins and forest fruit notes.

Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: appetizer, shellfish, veal, poultry, dessert.

Aromas: stone fruit, berries, almond, peanuts. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir.

Vinification : The vinification of the base wines takes place partly in vats and partly in oak barrels.

Alcohol: 12% vol.

Maturation: 1 - 5 years.

Temperature for tasting: from 8 to 10°C.
