The climate of Sicily is particularly favorable to the production of rich Syrah-based organic wines.

The nose announces an intense and balanced Syrah developing notes of cherry, berries and raspberry accompanied by spicy components, such as cocoa. The velvety attack reveals a very mature wine, with well integrated soapy tannins. It reveals notes of stewed fruit (e.g. cherry jam), but also spicy components such as cinnamon or pepper. To this is added a delicate touch of rosemary which completes the aromatic palette.

On the finish, this organic Syrah offers a lasting pleasure that clearly testifies to the philosophy of Baglio di Pianetto.

Format: 75 cl.	Ideal accompaniment: Roast Beef, roast beef, grilled pork, polenta, game stew.
Aromas: Cherry, raspberry, berries, cherry jam, rosemary, pepper, cinnamon, cocoa.	Grapes: Syrah.
Vinification: In stainless steel tanks.	Alcohol: 14% vol.
Maturation: 2 - 5 years.	Temperature for tasting: from 15 to 18°C.
