Roccocò recipe:
Ingredients:
500g almond flour
250g of sugar
50g of Pisto for Roccocò
100g candied fruit
50g honey
2 egg whites
Grated orange peel
A pinch of salt

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, Pisto per Roccocò, candied fruit, orange peel and salt.
Add honey and egg whites and knead until smooth.
Form the doughnuts into slightly flattened shapes, typical of Roccocò.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
