Anelletti are a pasta format with Sicilian origins, widely used in the preparation of baked pasta and pasta timbales.

It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Handcrafted in Sicily, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat semolina because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Priority dispatch throughout Switzerland via Post.ch with price depending on parcel weight:

  • Up to 2Kg CHF 12
  • Up to 10Kg CHF 15
  • Up to 30Kg CHF 24
  • Over 30Kg CHF 60 (express courier)


For orders up to 30Kg with an order weight over CHF 90, shipping is free of charge. For orders over 30kg with an order weight of more than CHF 400 shipping is free of charge.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon arrival of the goods. If the complaint is justified, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. The type of refund of the purchase price depends on the chosen payment method.

Buonissimi questi anelletti per fare la pasta al forno alla Palermitana ma anche per piatti più semplici tipo pasta al sugo o con i piselli… ottimi sempre.
