The ripe fruit aromas in the bouquet (blackberry, currant, cherry, plum) are eye-catching and herald a fascinating comparison with a wine that has a lot to offer. To this are added spicy notes reminiscent of pepper, licorice and black tea. These expectations are not disappointed: a fruit dominated by ripe berries, soft tannins, a refreshing structure, a frank finish - these are all qualities that reveal themselves on the palate.

This blend of two French vines matured under the Sicilian sun reveals a still unknown dimension and new and more convincing aspects.

Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: Grilled lamb, grilled beef, roast beef, penne with cream.

Aromas: Cherry, plum, blackberry, cassis, black tea, pepper, licorice, caramel, licorice wood, Grapes: Syrah, Merlot.

Temperature for tasting: from 16 to 18°C.

Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Maturation: 3 - 6 years.

 Vinification : For ten months in barrels (French oak).
