Vegan Pistachio Cream

Sofì's Vegan Pistachio Cream is made for anyone following a plant-based diet, but it wins over everyone who loves pistachio. PISTACHIO is the first ingredient, at 55%; the only others are sugar, sunflower oil and salt.

The result is a full-flavoured cream to spread on bread or rusks at breakfast, to use as a filling for tarts, cakes and cannoli, or as a topping for ice cream and yoghurt. It also works well on pancakes and waffles and in smoothies.

Two sizes: the 100 g jar, handy for trying or giving, and the 200 g jar. May contain traces of other nuts (ALMONDS and HAZELNUTS), MILK, CEREALS, SOYA and EGGS. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat.
