Kiss of the Cyclops with Pistachio

The Bacio del Ciclope al Pistacchio was created by Sofì's master pastry chefs, after a series of trials to arrive at an exclusive, refined sweet. It is a small pastry, made for those who love pistachio in all its intensity.

PISTACHIO is the main ingredient: on its own it makes up 60% of the bacio. It is combined with sugar, skimmed MILK and MILK whey powder, with vanillin and lemon flavourings. The result is a rich mouthful with a bold pistachio flavour, from the first bite to the last.

Two pack sizes: 6 or 10 pieces. It is excellent as a snack or as a little treat with coffee, and looks lovely on a platter of petits fours or as a gift to bring to dinner. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
