A very crumbly leaf that enhances the intense flavor of the almond. Only very few ingredients and an artisan procedure handed down over time make it unique in taste and crunchiness.

Description

Sofì's Croccante di mandorla comes from a long tradition of artisan craftsmanship. It is shaped like a crumbly leaf in which the ALMONDS are the real stars, and it wins you over with its crunch.

ALMONDS make up half the product (50%) and are bound with sugar and glucose syrup, with a hint of whole MILK powder. The result is a brittle with an intense almond flavour that breaks easily and is perfect to enjoy in small pieces, whenever you fancy something sweet.

120 g pack. Break it up and serve it with coffee, after a meal with a glass of sweet wine, or crumbled over custard ice cream or yoghurt. It is also a tasty gift to bring when you are invited to dinner. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
