Crunchy pistachio

Sofì's Croccante di pistacchio is a thin, wonderfully crumbly sheet that recalls the Sicilian tradition of brittles: few ingredients, with PISTACHIO as the undisputed star.

PISTACHIOS make up 50% of the product, bound with glucose syrup, sugar and dextrose, with a touch of whole MILK powder. The flavour is intense and direct: sweet, crunchy, with the full aroma of PISTACHIO in every bite.

120 g size. It makes an excellent dessert: break it up and serve it at the end of a meal with coffee, or crumble it over a bowl of ice cream. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
