Traditional Panettone | Fiasconaro

The Tradizionale is the classic of the Fiasconaro pastry shop: the Milanese recipe, enriched with the scents of Sicily. The naturally leavened dough, prepared with BUTTER, fresh EGGS and honey from Sicily, holds raisins flavoured with Marsala DOP wine and Zibibbo liquoroso IGP, and fresh candied orange peel.

The result is a soft, fragrant slice, with the sweetness of the raisins and the fresh note of orange. No glaze: the flavour is that of the panettone of days gone by.

Each panettone is wrapped by hand. You will find it in three sizes, 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg, perfect for festive breakfasts, Christmas lunch or as a simple gift that is always welcome. It pairs well with a Sicilian dessert wine, such as a passito or a Marsala, or with a cup of hot chocolate.
