Sofì's shelled pistachios are designed for anyone who uses pistachio in cooking and wants to have it always ready: no shells to open, just the nut, already carefully selected and ready to use in your recipes.

There is just one ingredient, PISTACHIOS, and they are also suitable for those following a vegan diet. They are top quality, adding flavour and colour to sweet and savoury dishes: you can use them whole, chop them with a knife for homemade chopped pistachios or blend them into a cream.

500 g pack, convenient if you use them often. Use them to fill and decorate desserts, cakes and ice cream, to make a pistachio pesto for pasta, or add them to salads, stuffings and meat or fish main courses. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
