Melanzane della Nonna a Filetti are an authentic Sicilian speciality, prepared according to old family recipes. Carefully selected, the aubergines are cut into thin fillets and marinated with extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and chilli pepper to create a tasty and versatile side dish.

Each jar encapsulates the genuine flavour of the kitchens of yesteryear, bringing back memories of the authentic flavours of Sicily, where the simplicity of the ingredients is combined with the wisdom of craftsmanship.

Usage

Ideal as an appetiser or side dish, served alone or with cheese and cold cuts.
Perfect for enriching bruschettas, sandwiches, salads and cold dishes.
Excellent for adding a touch of Mediterranean flavour to pasta dishes, pizzas and omelettes.

For orders up to 30Kg with an order weight over CHF 90, shipping is free of charge. For orders over 30kg with an order weight of more than CHF 400 shipping is free of charge.
