Made following an ancient Sicilian recipe, nOVU Mandorlato is filled with fragrant candied fruits and topped with a crunchy almond glaze. Slow natural leavening and handcrafting by our master pastry chefs make it a truly authentic Sicilian delight.

Type ”0” and “00” soft WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian candied orange zest 19% (orange zest 46%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavors), BUTTER (MILK), water, sugar, EGG yolk from fresh category A eggs, natural yeast of WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian orange puree 2% (orange peel 46%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavourings), skimmed MILK powder, salt, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Bourbon vanilla powder. Covered with ALMOND fondant 7% (sugar, EGG white from fresh category A eggs, peeled Sicilian ALMOND 17%, HAZELNUT, rice starch, rice flour, muscovado sugar, corn starch), whole Sicilian ALMONDS 4%. May contain other NUTS, LUPIN, SESAME, SOY, MUSTARD.
