With its fragrant, ultra-soft dough – free from raisins, glaze or candied fruit – nOVU Chocolate offers an authentic taste experience: each egg comes with a jar of rich Sicilian chocolate cream to spread fresh, enhancing its full flavor and creaminess.

Ingredients

nOVU:
Type "0" and "00" soft WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), BUTTER (MILK), water, EGG yolk from fresh category A eggs, sugar, apple puree (apple cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity corrector: citric acid), natural yeast from WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), skimmed MILK powder, salt, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Bourbon vanilla powder. Covered with 8% Sicilian dark chocolate (cocoa mass 60%, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar) and 3% Sicilian chocolate chips (cocoa mass, cane sugar – min. cocoa 70%). May contain NUTS, LUPIN, SESAME, SOY, MUSTARD.

CREAM:
Sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, safflower), cocoa mass 11%, low-fat cocoa powder 10.9%, Sicilian HAZELNUT, vegetable fats (cocoa butter, salted butter, illipe butter), Sicilian chocolate 5% (cocoa mass, cane sugar – min. cocoa 70%), raw muscovado cane sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin. May contain OTHER NUTS, MILK AND LUPINS.
