Type “0” and “00” soft WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), BUTTER (MILK), water, EGG yolk from fresh category A eggs, sugar, apple purée (apple cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), natural yeast of WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), skimmed MILK powder, salt, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Bourbon vanilla powder.
May contain NUTS, LUPIN, SESAME, SOY and MUSTARD.
