Format

    IGP Sicilia extra virgin olive oil in black bottles in the shape of Moro's heads. The same bottle represents the woman on one side and the man on the other.

    Cultivars: Nocellara dell'Etna and Nocellara del Belice.

    Origin: Italy, Sicily, Bronte.

    Characteristics: To the eye veiled opalescent with intense golden hues.  Medium fruity nose with sensation of grass. Strong taste with persistent bitterness and pungency.

    Harvesting: By hand with the aid of combs.

    Harvest period: From October to November.

    Extraction: Full continuous within 8 hours after collection.

    Usage

    It is appreciated raw, on roasted red meat and legumes and on all dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
