This cake was born from the collaboration between master pastry chef Fiasconaro and the creativity of Dolce & Gabbana. The line of Easter doves is unique and a perfect gift idea, packaged in an elegant decorated tin box signed D&G.

The dove is made with a slow leavening process of 36 hours that guarantees lightness and fragrance, using selected and genuine raw materials. The handmade quality is preserved in the small tin box with exclusive Dolce & Gabbana design.

Ingredients

WHITE WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, ALMOND icing 11% (sugar, fresh egg white, rice flour, ALMOND flour, modified starch, PISTACHO paste, flavourings), fresh barn eggs, fresh egg yolk natural yeast (wheat flour), tangerine paste 3% (tangerine 52%, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), caster sugar3%, Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, pistachio grains 2%, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla, mandarin essential oil.
May contain: nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts), LUPIN, SENAPE.
