The long Busiata from Pastificio Minardo has the characteristic helical shape, common to the short one, typical of the Trapani tradition. Thanks to its extraordinary thickness and its roughness it absorbs the sauce in an exceptional way, perfect for a unique pasta with sardines alla Palermo.

It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Handcrafted in Sicily, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat semolina because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
