Typical of the Trapani tradition , the Busiata is famous for its characteristic helical shape, ideal for typical Sicilian dishes, such as "pasta chi sardi" or "pasta chi masculini" .

It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Handcrafted in Sicily, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat semolina because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
