The reginette, also called mafalde or mafaldine, are tagliatelle embellished with scalloped edges, typical of the Neapolitan tradition. They were created in honor of the birth of Princess Mafalda of Savoy in 1902, from which they take their name. They are an excellent format for pasta alla norma and for baked pasta.

It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Handcrafted in Sicily, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat semolina because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.
