Antico Mulino Chickpea Flour is obtained by grinding 100% Sicilian dried chickpeas, cultivated in the sunny lands of Sicily. Produced according to traditional methods, it preserves all the nutritional properties and authentic flavour of this ancient legume.

Golden in colour and with a fine texture, it is the essential ingredient for preparing panelle, Palermo's iconic street food, but also for creative recipes such as focaccia, farinata, batters and gluten-free doughs.
