Pesto with 60% Pistachio

Sofì's Pesto with 60% Pistachio is a ready-made sauce for anyone who loves pistachio in savoury dishes too. The recipe starts from a careful selection of the raw material and puts PISTACHIOS at the centre: on their own, they make up 60% of the product.

The other ingredients are few and simple: sunflower oil, salt, sugar and black pepper. The pistachio remains the star, with black pepper adding an extra touch. It is suitable for a vegan diet.

1 kg size. Using it couldn't be simpler: cook the pasta, drain it and toss it with the pesto. It is perfect with linguine and prawns or with pennette, pancetta and cherry tomatoes, but it also enriches meat and fish main courses. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.

After cooking the pasta, drain the cooking water and add the pesto to season it.
