Ingredients

Aubergines (67%), extra virgin olive oil (25%), basil, brown sugar, white wine vinegar, sea salt, almonds (1%), parsley, garlic, rosemary, black pepper.

Usage

Appetizer to spread on bruschetta.

storage

After opening, add extra virgin olive oil and keep in the fridge. Consume within 10/12 days.

For orders up to 30Kg with an order weight over CHF 90, shipping is free of charge. For orders over 30kg with an order weight of more than CHF 400 shipping is free of charge.

Troppo dolce

Mi aspettavo un gusto affumicato, ma il gusto dolce era sicuramente dominante, quasi di banana. Non penso di ricomprarlo.
