A Classic from Southern Italy

This wine offers a rich and complex bouquet, characterised by spicy notes of liquorice, vanilla and cinnamon, enriched by toasted hints of tobacco, chocolate, coffee and a hint of tar.

Very ripe fruit aromas stand out, with accents of plum compote, cherry jam and sultanas.



Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: Lamb kebabs, beef kebabs, pork kebabs, pizza, pasta, cheese.

Aromas: plum compote, cherry jam, sultanas, spices, liquorice, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee/moka, chocolate, goudron, tobacco, wood/toasted aromas. Grape varieties: Primitivo
Vinification: In stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Maturation: 2 - 5 years.

Tasting temperature: 16 to 18°C.

For orders up to 30Kg with an order weight over CHF 90, shipping is free of charge. For orders over 30kg with an order weight of more than CHF 400 shipping is free of charge.
