    Ricotta cheese 68% (MILK whey, sheep whey, goat whey, sheep milk, salt), sugar, rice starch. Preservative (Potassium sorbate)

    With the ready-made sweetened ricotta in the sac à poche, filling our cannoli skins becomes child's play. Here's how to do it:
    1. Filling: Take the piping bag containing the sweetened ricotta and gently start filling the cannoli shells from end to end, taking care to distribute the filling evenly. If you prefer, you can fill half the cannoli from one side and then complete the other to ensure that the filling reaches both ends well.

    2. Decoration: Once filled, cannolis can be customised according to taste. For a traditional finish, consider adding decorative elements such as chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, small pieces of candied fruit or candied cherries to the ends of the filling. A light dusting of icing sugar on top of the cannoli will give that final touch of sweetness and elegance.
