Citrus Fruit and Sicilian Saffron Panettone 100g | Dolce&Gabbana

This is the mini version of the Panettone agli Agrumi e Zafferano di Sicilia, the recipe that the Fiasconaro pastry shop creates with Dolce&Gabbana: the same aromas as the large size, in just 100 grams.

The dough, made with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS from barn-raised hens and Sicilian honey, is rich in candied Sicilian citrus peel (25%), lemon and orange, with Sicilian mandarin paste. Sicilian saffron gives it a golden colour and an intense aroma, which blends with the freshness of the citrus.

The little panettone comes in a brightly coloured cylindrical tin, in three versions: orange, green or red, with a handy bag. It is perfect as a place card, as a token for colleagues and clients or to enjoy at breakfast with a coffee. Store in a cool (max. 20 °C), dry place.
