Apricot and "Cioccolato di Modica IGP" Panettone | Fiasconaro

This Fiasconaro panettone combines apricots with Cioccolato di Modica IGP, the traditional chocolate of the town of Modica, in Sicily. An intense pairing, in an artisan panettone wrapped by hand.

The dough, with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS and honey from Sicily, is rich in candied apricots (9.5%) and Cioccolato di Modica IGP (8%, minimum 50% cocoa), with a touch of Marsala DOP wine. On top you will find an ALMOND glaze with HAZELNUT paste, flaked HAZELNUTS, granulated sugar and apricot pieces: crunchy outside, soft and fruity inside.

1 kg size. Try it at breakfast, lightly toasted, with a coffee or a tea, or at the end of a meal with a sparkling wine for a toast. It is an indulgent gift for lovers of chocolate and fruit. Store it in a cool (maximum 20 °C), dry place.
