The Panettone alle Mandorle di Sicilia is one of the recipes the Fiasconaro pastry shop creates with Dolce&Gabbana: an artisan cake that celebrates one of the island's emblematic fruits.

The dough, with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS from barn-raised hens and honey from Sicily, is rich in raisins (18%) flavoured with Terre Siciliane IGP fortified wine, with a touch of vanilla pods. On top, the ALMOND glaze, sugar nibs and ALMONDS from Sicily form a sweet, crunchy crust. No pieces of candied citrus.

The 1 kg panettone comes in a decorated Dolce&Gabbana tin, in two colours, light blue or red, with a handy carrier bag. Serve it at breakfast, lightly toasted, or at the end of a meal with a sparkling wine: it is a gift to share with the family.
