Pineapple, Apricot and Pistachio Panettone | Fiasconaro

In this panettone Fiasconaro brings together exotic and Mediterranean fruit: pineapple and apricot, completed by PISTACHIO. It is an artisan cake with a rich flavour, wrapped by hand in the workshop in Castelbuono, in the Madonie mountains.

The dough, made with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS and Sicilian honey, is rich in pieces of candied pineapple and apricots (18%) and an apricot and pineapple granule, with a touch of Marsala DOP wine. On top, an ALMOND glaze with PISTACHIO paste, granulated sugar and PISTACHIOS: crisp outside, fruity and soft inside.

1 kg size. Try it at breakfast, lightly toasted, with a coffee or tea, or after a meal with a sparkling wine for a festive toast. An original gift for anyone who loves candied fruit. Store in a cool (max. 20 °C), dry place.
