Panettone Montenero | Fiasconaro

Montenero takes its name from the district of the same name and is a tribute to the history of the Fiasconaro family. Created by Mario Fiasconaro, it represents the evolution of the house's first panettone.

The naturally leavened dough is dark and fragrant: Sicilian cocoa and chocolate meet the freshness of lemon, with lemon paste and lemon essential oil. An elegant contrast between the depth of cocoa and the brightness of citrus, designed for lovers of dark chocolate.

In the box you will find a sachet of icing sugar to dust on as you serve. Each panettone is wrapped by hand. Perfect with an espresso, a black tea or a glass of sweet red wine, at the end of a meal or for a special afternoon treat.

Soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, fresh barn EGGS 11%, fresh barn EGG yolk 5.9%, cocoa paste with Sicilian chocolate 5.2% (fat-reduced cocoa powder, sunflower oil, Sicilian chocolate 10% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa: 50% minimum), cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla pods), natural sourdough (soft WHEAT flour), lemon paste 3.5% (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, salt, vanilla, natural flavouring, lemon essential oil.
