This is Fiasconaro's Panettone Tradizionale in mini format: the classic recipe of the pastry shop in Castelbuono, in the Madonie mountains, in just 100 grams, wrapped by hand.

The dough, made with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh farm EGGS and Sicilian honey, is rich in raisins (14%) flavoured with Marsala DOP wine and Zibibbo liquoroso IGP and in freshly candied orange peel (10%). A simple, authentic flavour, that of the panettone of days gone by, in a portion that is perfect for one person.

Three colour variants: orange, light blue and blue. It is perfect as a place card for the festive table, to complete a gift hamper or as a small token for friends, colleagues and clients. Enjoy it at breakfast with a coffee or tea. Store in a cool (max. 20 °C), dry place.
