Ypsigro is the ancient name of Castelbuono, the town in the Madonie where the Fiasconaro bakery is based. This panettone bears the name as a tribute to the roots of the pastry shop and to mulberries, a fruit typical of the Madonie.

The naturally leavened dough is made with BUTTER, fresh EGGS from barn-raised hens and honey from Sicily. Inside you will find candied black mulberries (17%) and MILK chocolate (9%), with no raisins or candied citrus: the fruity note of the mulberries meets the creamy sweetness of the chocolate.

750 g size, in elegant packaging to give as a gift. Serve it at room temperature to bring out its aroma and softness. It pairs well with a passito or a sweet meditation wine; at breakfast or as an afternoon snack, try it with a thin layer of HAZELNUT cream.
