Each 250g pack offers the possibility of preparing a delicious meal in just 9 minutes. For optimal cooking, for 500g of cannelloni, use 5 litres of water and about 35g of salt. These cannelloni are an excellent way to bring the authentic taste and tradition of Italian cuisine to your table, with the guarantee of simple and genuine ingredients such as Sicilian durum wheat.

Usage

Durum wheat semolina Cannelloni, with their characteristic hollow shape, are perfect for filling and baking, guaranteeing tasty and flavourful dishes. Here are some recipes to make the most of their versatility:

Ricotta and Spinach: Prepare a classic filling by mixing fresh ricotta, boiled and chopped spinach, nutmeg and a little Parmesan cheese. Fill the cannelloni, cover with tomato sauce, béchamel sauce and a generous sprinkling of grated cheese. Bake until golden brown.

Meat Ragout: Choose a hearty minced meat filling. Cook the meat sauce with onion, garlic, red wine and spices, then stuff the cannelloni. Place them on a base of tomato sauce and add béchamel sauce and cheese before baking.

Pumpkin Cream: For a vegetarian and refined variant, prepare a pumpkin cream by mixing it with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of sage. Fill them, place them in a baking dish, cover with béchamel sauce and a sprinkling of chopped walnuts for a crunchy touch.

Mushrooms and Cheese: Cook chopped mushrooms with garlic and parsley, then mix them with ricotta and a soft cheese such as fontina. After filling the cannelloni, add béchamel sauce, tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese before baking.

Seafood: Mix squid, prawns and mussels cooked in a garlic and olive oil fry, then combine with béchamel sauce for a seafood filling. Cover the cannelloni with tomato sauce and bake them in the oven for a tasty dish.
