It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

Pasta Minardo is made with 100% organic Sicilian ancient grain durum wheat semolina. Handcrafted in Sicily, with the highest quality raw materials, to guarantee a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product.
We only use Russello wheat semolina because it is rich in nutrients, GMO-free and with an easily digestible gluten.
Pasta extruded through bronze and dried slowly, at low temperatures, to preserve all the nutritional characteristics.

Description

Gigli take their name from the flower they resemble, the lily: they are small pasta bells with a wavy edge. Minardo makes them using artisan methods, in Sicily, with Russello, an ancient Sicilian WHEAT grown organically.

The ingredients are organic durum WHEAT semolina and mineral water, and the pasta is suitable for a vegan diet. Bronze drawing and slow, low-temperature drying produce a rough pasta, while the curled edge and the hollow collect the sauce, from vegetable sauces to seafood ones.

500 g pack. They are ready in 6 minutes, handy even when you are short of time. Try them with vegetables sautéed in a pan, such as courgettes and cherry tomatoes, or with seafood, for example clams and mussels with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and parsley. Store them in a dry place, away from sources of heat.
