Format

    Strica e Mancia, in Sicilian dialect, means "Scrub and eat".

    This delicious product is ready to be spread on a slice of bread, giving you an authentic Sicilian aperitif.

    Made with cherry tomato and Roccamena almonds, it offers an irresistible aroma and a unique taste.

    After drying in the sun, it is sterilized by immersion in water and vinegar. It is manually placed in jars and filled with EVO oil.

    Sun-dried tomato, chopped and mixed with ground almonds.

    Ingredients

    Dried tomato 68%, sunflower oil, EVO oil, ground almonds.

    Usage

    Ideal as an appetizer on bruschetta or as a sauce for pasta.
