The nose reveals intense and seductive fruity notes accompanied by floral aromas and a hint of honey. This Sicilian wine draws its strength from its depth and its fruit. It combines a fresh, fruity acidity and a subtle texture with a frank structure.

The very long finish is dominated by a lively fruitiness.

Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: Appetizer, hot appetizers, vegetable pie, spaghetti with clams.

Aromas: Fruity, sweet flowers, honey. Grapes: Insolia, Viognier.

Vinification: In stainless steel vats, then placed in the bottle for a few months.

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Maturation: 2 - 4 years.

Temperature for tasting: from 8 to 10°C.
